Is there anything you'd recommend as an egg replacement in these? My baby is v annoyingly allergic to egg😢

Hey Zoë! A great egg substitute can be made by mixing 2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp water (to sub for 2 eggs). It's a great binder and adds a little fiber and nuttiness that works well with savory muffins.

One of my kids really loves these so that’s a win. They defrost well in the microwave from the freezer.
