    Another comment addressed this. What is the correct order of egg, bread and cheese? The image suggests it goes on the egg mixture, but the recipe says it goes independently, directly on the bread.

    it looks like you place the egg in the pan, then the bread, then the cheese. is this right? it looks like cheese should go on top of the egg spinach mix after flipping
