I don't know if I made this wrong but it was kind of disgusting lol and went in the bin. Odd texture (you need a very powerful blender to blitz the cashews), was quite mealy and lacked sweetness.

it was nice, but I would change the recipe from coconut milk to regular milk (for the non-vegans here) because otherwise it misses that creamy texture that you look for in a cake
