Absolutely delicious, but it took me almost 2 hours to make! This could be due to only having a smaller pan so I had to do many batches, but the simple thing of making the paste with the garlic and ginger took over 10 minutes. I would also be careful when frying the cauliflower leaves, they popped and spit oil out, so I used the air fryer instead.
