Step 1.
Before you begin, make the Caramelised Soy, Ginger & Garlic Chicken Traybake batch recipe.
Step 2.
Slice the chicken and reheat in a pan or the microwave until sticky. Finely chop the chives.
Step 3.
Mix the miso paste with mayo, juice of the lime, sesame oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir through the chives.
Step 4.
Rinse and slice the romaine, then drain and slice the peppers.
Step 5.
Toast the focaccia slices until golden. Spread both sides with the miso mayo.
Step 6.
Layer on the chicken, romaine, peppers and crispy onions. Close, press gently and slice in half. Now get messy and dig in!
