This was fire! Added garden cress instead of dill which worked perfect with the lemon. Also added some extra chickpeas. Stunning dish! This is going to be a lunch staple

Had this last week not thinking much of it as an easy Friday night dinner. Wow, how wrong was I. Light, delicious and a winner with my friend who tried it. We had chiplote chilli oil with it and it was lush.

such a good recipe, a staple in my household for lunches. I swap canellini beans for butter beans and the chilli oil really finishes it off.

Made the 4 servings amount but only had 1 potato and no dill, still turned out really delicious.

Really good! We added a fillet of smoked salmon on top- as we forgot we had bought that day- worked well!

Loved this so much! As a note I halved the dill and put a bit more potato in. Would definitely make again.
