Absolutely delicious. Had a little trouble making the cheddar crisp but managed to salvage a ‘cheddar brittle’ shall we say.

Tasty enough but mine doesn't look like the recipe. It's not the same green colour for a start. The cheese was really greasy and didn't really hold enough to flip easily.
