    Love this recipe, one I go back to time and time again! Total crowd pleaser and often serve it up for dinner!

    We really liked this! We actually made it for dinner. I was worried that the beans mush + the tortillas were going to create a mushy texture, we just made sure the tortilla was well browned before serving. There is no description of what the spice packet is supposed to be, so I made my own mix of onion powder, paprika, coriander powder, cumin, and a bit of dried oregano. For extra protein, we cooked a bit of minced chicken and reasoned it with the same spices.
