Step 1.
First, get your milk on the stove onto a low heat and whisk it for 30 secs using an electric whisk (if you have one) or manual whisk until its foamy and creamy.
Step 2.
Using the back of a spoon, you're going to want to really slowly pour in the following ingredients in this order: the condensed milk, Liquor 43, shot of espresso and then your foamed milk.
Step 3.
Dust a little cinnamon on top and then garnish with a small twist of lemon rind.
Step 4.
Push the lemon rind down and stir until all the layers are combined. Enjoy.
