    One of my favourites, I make it to recipe and it’s always a hit. (It is INTENSE though so more like 12 servings…!)

    I made this tonight and adjusted the recipe for 3 to fit with the ingredients I had to hand. Two of us almost polished it off in one sitting it was so good. I thought the sugar was overwhelming the other ingredients tbh so when I make it again (I definitely will) I will probably reduce this by half.
