Chicken way undercooked and halloumi burnt even after cooking for 25 minutes. Would not recommend

Hi Sally, thanks for the feedback and really sorry to hear this didn’t work out for you. It sounds like your chicken breasts may have been particularly large or thick, which can definitely affect cooking time, even in an air fryer. The halloumi burning after 14 minutes also suggests the temp may have been a bit high for that stage.
We’d recommend checking that the chicken is butterflied or cut to an even thickness before cooking, and possibly removing or adding the halloumi later depending on your air fryer’s intensity. We’ll review the method to see if we can make that clearer. Really appreciate you flagging this!

Getting the halloumi to wedge in properly was a little tricky, but the flavours of this dish were fantastic. I paired this with some ginger and coconut milk-infused jasmine rice with. Will make again!
