    Delicious! I had this with some wild salmon and used less of the feta to balance it out. There was also plenty of the sauce left over for the next day.

    In step 3, it says “Toss the veggies…”, but it’s not clear which? Just courgette or peppers too? Onions come later ( so always read the whole recipe first!) - but a bit confusing
