    Is it supposed to read “skin” side down as opposed to ‘crust’ side down for the salmon? Made me wonder if I’d missed a step or something…

    Utterly delicious Iv never brought corn on the cob and shed the corn before but massive difference in taste, my kids loved this one too 10 and 12 !

    Healthy, flavorful, and bright! Absolutely loved this meal. Only change I made was to blend kale, garlic, and cumin into the water I used to cook the rice, which added a nice warm richness to contrast the zingy salad.
