Chicken kormas are far from the basic curry house option. Rich with cardamom, cinnamon and almonds, this luxurious honey is fit for a queen. Sophie x

Made this tonight and it was delicious! I reduced it right down, let it cool and then reheated an hour later and the texture and consistency was perfect. I doubled up on spices as from experience I've always needed a bit more than what's listed.

I am allergic to almonds and my kids’ daycare is nut-free (almost all are here in the United States). How can I substitute out the ground almonds? it’s in a few of your recipes.

wouldn't often say something was unenjoyable to eat but this was. lacked depth of flavour and texture. normally v. happy with Mob recipes but I would say to folks to pass on this one and just make a proper korma instead!

The yoghurt makes the texture a bit weird but it tastes lovely

to make toddler friendly or texture different I took the onions, ginger and garlic and blitzed to puree before sweating down. Typical in Indian cuisine for this method as well and makes for a smoother end consistency.
