This was delicious but I found the portion sizes wayyy off for a filling dinner for 4 adults. Luckily I suspected this and doubled everything except the kale. We also skipped the flatbreads and ate it with much heartier, delicious country bread from a bakery, and it still wouldn't have been enough for the 4 of us had I used the portions described in the recipe. If you're not making anything as an appetizer I'd highly recommend doubling the beans, tomatoes, and stock, and if you're lucky you'll end up with leftovers!

Added chilli flakes and drizzled with chilli oil for the spice element

Served this with some sausages , and replaced the feta with a spoon of creme fraiche - worked really well!

This was really nice! I underestimated how well the feta goes, had to go back and add more! I browned the flatbreads quite a lot, they're actually nicer softer, just need a few brown spots rather than fully browned imo

Kale too hard spinach would be better

Was delicious, couldn't work out if I missed an ingredient as it wasn't spicy?

Hi Adriana, this one is smoky rather than spicy (we've fixed the title so it's not misleading). Thanks for the helpful feedback!
