wow this was delicious! I used soy sauce rather than salt to season and that was great

Delicious! I added in the Korean marinated eggs instead of boiling other ones and it went perfectly, highly recommend! https://mob.co.uk/recipes/korean-marinated-eggs

Tasty and quick although the sesame seeds didn't stick to the eggs, so don't bother and just sprinkle them over.

I replaced the butter bean liquid with 350ml of stock and a dash of cornflour. Cooking with butterbean liquid in other mob dishes has been very hard on my digestive system.

Loved it, nice balance of flavours, would never had added tomato puree to a dish like that but it worked!

Just want to add I haven’t stopped thinking about this meal and will make it again soon lol. I chickened out of using the scotch bonnet and just used a regular red chilli but might try it next time, does it make it super spicy?

I did use the scotch bonnet and it wasn’t overly spicy

This is so so good! Really wasn’t sure how it would all come together but we loved it! Easy one to do again.
