All the flavours of Greek salad in a warm comforting meal. This one is really low lift and the oven does most of the work. Make a big batch and reheat any leftovers in the microwave. Too easy.

YUM! the recipe method could be tweaked a little for order of operations. like when to make the gnocchi. also learned you can pickle onions with lemon juice! but do you roast them after? that part was confusing but either way it was delish. I used fresh basil instead of parsley & mint and it was GREAT.

Love this tray bake but I do think the recipe has too much lemon (don’t want to overpower the herbs and spices). So, I went with a zest of a quarter of a lemon and juice of half as well as adding some tinned tomatoes to make it extra saucy… turned out delicious 🤤

I have cooked this several times, it is spectacular! And is also great eaten cold, as it leaves me with two lunch portions for the next couple of days.

loved it! Had run out of oregano so used herbs de Provence, and also skipped the harissa as was making for 3 and 5 year olds- still absolutely delicious, especially enjoyed the quick pickled onions on top!

genuinely pleased with this dish, easy to make, light, and surprisingly filling. Also doubled the sauce recipe as others advised and added a few extra minutes of cook time to each stage. Quite a cheap meal, not much washing up to do after. Will 100% be adding to the regular dinners rota!

I can tell this recipe has potential but I found it far too overpowering with lemon - I doubled the sauce like others recommended but didn’t double the lemon and still we found it far too strong. I’d recommend double the sauce and halve the lemon (especially the zest)
