Couldn't find coriander and mint in my local store (used parsley and dill), and didn't have any couscous (used rice) or harissa paste (i used just the spices) either - but my goodness was this incredible! It's just chicken and rice really, but *premium*! 3rd ever Mob meal, going so strong so far!

Absolutely loved this!! I chopped up heaps of spinach and added it to the mix, I also used quinoa instead of cous cous because that’s what I had and it was delicious!

This was a great recipe for a quick dinner! Since I have a low spice tolerance and was also cooking for the kids, I was scared to use more than 1 tsp of the harissa. This did make the chicken a lot less flavorfull than I hoped, and that is totally on me. For anyone who would still like to try this recipe while using less harissa, consider adding some seasoning of your choice to amp up the flavor. I experimented with a splash of soy sauce and strangely it worked well with the rest of the ingredients.

delicious and easy! recommend cooking the cous cous in chicken stock or veggie stock instead of water for some extra flavour

I found the giant cous cous still very hard after 10 mins and had to put it in a pan and boil in the end. and we found the couscous a little tasteless, a stock cube would help

This was unexpectedly delicious. I added raw spinach to bulk it out for some and it was a great addition. Highly recommend. Such a great week night dinner, as it comes together so quickly.
