This is great, it goes so well with the sweet chilli halloumi. And a generous amount, I got more than six portions out of it.

hey there Mob. I only use my Mob membership on a Windows laptop; you seem to have made the three recipes that use this recipe as a base inaccessible on your website and only available via Android/Apple Store Apps? :-(

Great recipe. I was out of limes and lemongrass so used some lemon and tamarind. Did an ok job, but I’ll make sure I have the right ingredients next time. Also, what everyone else says about the wild portion recommendations.

Delicious, the portions are a bit off as a 3 people portion is more like 5-6

This is tasty and pretty easy. I do think the serving size is not right, 700gm of dried lentils is definitely at least double 6 single serves, easy to freeze though :)

Really enjoyed this! I made a batch for 6 serves and it gave me about double that with serving sizes about two ladles full. It wasn’t quite spicy enough for my taste so I added a sprinkle of chilli powder and it was perfect. I made the honey carrots version too - delicious! The yogurt, coriander and fresh chilli on top gave it an extra boost of texture and flavour. YUM!

This is the most delicious dhal I've eaten. Honestly it's incredible. And the variation with halloumi is to die for!

Absolutely loved this dish! We added 2 teaspoons of chilli flakes and 2 dessert spoons of brown sugar to give it an extra lift. Tastes great with the honey glazed carrots 😋

Absolutely delicious, will definitely make again. I didn't think the Thai flavour came through particularly strongly, which makes them easy to pair with other flavours if using them as part of a meal.

I think I just fell in love with lentils? This was insanely good. Followed the recipe exactly (but made sure to get spicy, super authentic curry paste) and came out with at least 14 portions from the 8x serving size. Loaded up the freezer.

In the process of cooking this one and it is smelling amazing but I did get a bit thrown off by whether the lentils in question are pre-cooked or dried. I went for dried and assumed the weight was pre-cooked so reduced quantities!

Really yummy but soupier than I expected! I only used 1L of stock - would use 500ml next time.
